Finally cardio that I was fun and really can get heart rate up. Also welcoming and diverse staff and fellow clients. Everyone was so friendly and encouraging. I'm definitely going back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class was great! The dance routines were fun and fairly easy to learn. We also did upper body and lower body exercises in between some of the dances, which I loved. The people in the class and the instructor Britt were so friendly! I'll definitely be going back.
