alle beoordelingen weergevenbrienna pruce was subbing in today and WOW might i say for a 30 min class, i felt like we stretched all the right places. this class was less focused on power poses and more focused on stretching areas that don't get enough attention. i thought she was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the movements and how they improve mobility. 10/10 will be back.

alle beoordelingen weergevenMy first sound bath was with Sally at another location. This was several years ago. It was life changing as several years later sound therapy is the one thing that works with my nervous system. I’m happy I found this blessing of an instructor again. The space is divine. Supportive energy flowing. As a yoga instructor myself I strive to learn from others. I will be back and will support this gem.
