And, first time taking a (HIIT) F45 class. I was kindly welcomed by our instructor Liz S. She was helpful, knowledgeable and made sure to give me suggestions throughout the class knowing it was my first time there. So appreciated! Look forward to my next class.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved this class and will be back. Allen is kind and doesn’t mess around—not for anyone worrying about breaking a nail. Very encouraging as well and supportive of modification when necessary due to I have a challenging knee. Thank you and I’ll be back.
