There were different variations you could do depending on your skill level which made it feel very inclusive. Definitely bring a sweat towel and water, you’ll need it.

New classes, especially something like F45 can feel very intimidating but Ronnie made me feel welcome right away. He walked everyone through all the exercises and was awesome at motivating, pushing us and giving tips along the way to correct form. It was a tough workout and super fun!

She made sure I understood all the exercises and reps. The audio system was great good music. You could understand what she was saying and everything was made clear. The facility is sparkling clean with new equipment. Welcoming front desk. Lots of parking all around friendly people and friendly studio. I’ll definitely be back.
