alle beoordelingen weergevenI enjoyed this class a lot . It was definitely very challenging which I didn’t expect. I burned almost 300 calories as per my Apple Watch. Katrina was super sweet and very good at instructing us even while doing that intense flow herself ! Will be coming back here!
