    Fantastic class! I love how Spencer leveraged the full class time. Sometimes, classes are a bit short at 40-45 min. He had us working out a good 50-55 min! Feel I got a great workout.

    Tracy is the best teacher by far. Super motivating and kicks your butt. I was surprised by the intervals today- I did not love the 4 -5 min interval and 4 -10 min intervals. This made the class seem extra long and you lost time exercising with all the switches.

    Great class as always-- I personally don't like 3 rounds- makes the class feel longer. also would rec the teacher not count down every 5 seconds-- also makes the time go by slow. She had great energy though

    The class was great and the instructor was amazing! Loved the different intervals we went through and the members were extremely helpful and welcoming. From the time I walked in until the time I left everyone was courteous and made my friend and I feel part of the team I highly recommend Megan’s class!

    Charlie was a great first impression of this studio. He was very focused on making sure everyone in class got something out of it. He went into detail in explaining each move and we were able to flow through the class almost effortlessly. He really pushed us to keep going and use heavier weights if you could. At the end of class he invited us to join the next class and even helped instruct us in some additional moves to work on to improve balance and stability. I really loved how low impact this workout was while still getting the burn that I desired. I felt comfortable and welcomed in the studio and even received a tour at the end.
