alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst time here and I enjoyed it! I struggle with cardio so I liked the incline mod, but I do wish there was a bit more of an explanation with it before class. Tracy moved fast during the strength portion, there were times I needed a tad more of a breakdown or pause to change weights. But I think I move a tad slower than most. I’ll be back!
