The space seems very clean and organized and every member of the staff was kind and helpful. Only took off a star because the music didn’t match what I picked and there was a lot of sound conflict between the music in my room and the music in the hall—plus the occasional toilet flush. Perhaps a white noise machines could solve this? Will definitely be back and hope to get placed in a different room farther from the locker rooms.

Been here on a few occasions (waxing & facial) and Ire is an utter delight. She made the waxing experience better and you know waxing is never fun. They tailored the cut perfectly to my specific hair needs and even made a few thoughtful adjustments to ensure it would grow out well and be easy to manage. The result? My hair looks incredible! It has the movement and volume I was hoping for, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to the team at Roque Salon for such a fantastic experience—I’ll definitely be back!

I have had hybrids done by several other lash techs and I felt this set was a true hybrid in terms of the fullness compared to other places that overdo it and give a volume look, so I liked that. The ClassPass page said to arrive 15 minutes early but I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes after my appointment start time for the service to start, so that’s why I couldn’t give 5 stars. Overall the service was good! If retention is 2-3 weeks then I will definitely be back.
