alle beoordelingen weergevenYasmin is an incredible instructor. She is very hands-on, which I appreciate as someone who has dealt with injuries in the past - I want to make sure my form is correct, and so does she! I always get a good workout in a class from Yasmin!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI was recommended Ember from a friend and was initially nervous to try it out (coming from a mostly vinyasa yoga background)— but Heather and Kelly were so welcoming, kind and accommodating! I took the Thursday noon HIIP+Yoga and it was the perfect combination of a smooth yoga flow and weighted work out. I love how the class is designed for any skill level, you choose your weights! They have a huge variety of classes. It seems like there is something for everyone. I will be returning frequently, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to get in a good workout!
