I truly enjoyed this traditional yoga class as you do not see many of those anymore. It really feeds the mind, body & soul! I’ll definitely be back to try other classes!

Her instruction was clear and concise with lots of modification detail. The cold lavender towel and head massage made for the perfect shavasana. It was a great experience and I’m looking forward to my next class!
