    As a first-timer at a mat Pilates class, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Emily was incredibly attentive, ensuring I maintained proper form and offering corrections when needed. Their encouragement throughout the class made me feel supported and motivated. What struck me most was how the class was tailored for back health. As someone who often struggles with back discomfort, I found the exercises to be both effective and relieving. Each movement felt purposeful, targeting muscles that contribute to overall back strength and flexibility. Leaving the class, I felt a noticeable improvement in my posture and a sense of relief in my back muscles. The instructor's guidance and the focus on back health left me eager to return for more sessions. Overall, my first mat Pilates experience exceeded my expectations.
