alle beoordelingen weergevenCarolyn had really great cues and her pacing was in alignment with my full breath, which I appreciate because anymore these days I find that classes go far too fast. Also usually not into dharma talks during yoga practice, but her message was very well received. Her adjustments were gentle and non assuming. Enjoyed this class.

I did make mention that the lights could be dimmed way more and the shades should be closed as the traffic lights from Broadway were quite bright. It's often a challenge to do yoga at a gym yet this space was way more conducive than most.
