Lauren had great energy but the demos were sometimes shown on the other side of the room and had to copy another person which meant I missed out of reps/counts. I would 100% go again for the burn

Faster paced than open level and really killer core workout - the trapeze series is so good and so killer every time. You get to move and use the reformer in ways that challenge body and mind. However there is usually at least one person in class who is inexperienced and that holds the class up. If you are a beginner, this is not the class for you. I suggest reading the description of the class before booking to ensure you are signing up for the appropriate class.

However, for beginners I recommend you take one of the introductory classes first. I strategically placed myself next to someone who has taken +100 classes and I’m glad I did because without a visual guide it can be hard to follow just the verbal cues from the instructor. I really appreciated the instructor giving me a little extra attention since it was my first class and helped me with hand on adjustments. I definitely will try some more classes

He was upbeat, well aware of everyone’s movements, always walking around correcting us to make sure we were well positioned (which I appreciated bc I wasn’t doing it right 🫢). He kept saying everybody’s names which I think was a great idea: it kept everybody very engaged and letting them know he was having an eye on them. Encouraging everyone. We had newbies and he was not letting them give up! Great trainer, happy motivating, and contagious upbeat positive energy. 🫶🏻
