A huge problem for me is they started treating your feet with files and clipping etc before putting your feet in the water so your skin is not softened yet and it’s too dry. Because I love this place next time I will ask ahead on time to soak 5 minutes because it’s a deal breaker. Five stars if they let me soak before the grooming.

Kimberly is very intuitive, funny, and asks great questions about my current stressors and aches and pains so instantly put me at ease. We then figured out we are both super interested in true crime and crazy animal stories/lore and somehow were able to shoot the breeze laughing and saying OMG REALLY?! ARE U FOR REAL ?! Repeatedly Throughout the session , which simultaneously made me laugh and relax and went very well with the massage techniques she used. I’ve never had a massage while actively chatting with the therapist and somehow it worked. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and spending the rest of the day telling all my friends about the funnest massage of my life. Will definitely be back .. I’m an instant devotee to KP 🤪
