I felt really comfortable and relaxed and the service provided was A+. Before my massage, I was able to write down what specific areas I wanted focus on or what to avoid, and I was also able to specify what type of pressure I wanted. There is a shower that you are able to use, but it is first come first serve. My TV had some issues with connection to Hulu, but Netflix worked decently.
