Also, the class was as easy or difficult as you choose because you can choose to use heavier weights or lighter weights, or even faster/slower modified movements. As someone who has a fear of getting stuck in the vessel, and is new at cryo, this made me feel safe and I could stay in longer bc I knew someone was there. She has a wonderful, warm personality that makes you feel welcome and cared for right away. Her massage was truly intuitive. She knew exactly where I was holding tension and went above and beyond to ensure I left feeling completely renewed. I also tried the salt float, which was pure heaven. It is the ultimate self treatment that everyone should treat themselves to regularly for a total mind and body reset. If you are looking for a top tier wellness experience, this is it.
