The flexibility of having sessions every 10 minutes offers an incredible adaptability, especially in this fast-paced city where everyone is constantly on the go. I also love that each day features different exercises, targeting different muscle groups—upper body, lower body—so there’s no monotony. Plus, the timing pushes you to keep up with the group, and the music is absolutely stellar. Overall, the vibe is just spectacular.

I liked that my name was near which exercise I had next. Showers and lockers were downstairs. I had a great workout but understand how some of the reviews mention it helps to come here with a little bit of gym knowledge under your belt. I did sweat a lot and liked the variety of exercises.

Just wish there was modifications for those of ours who are beginners but definitely would recommend it ! Be on time though and bring water ! It’s good to get out your comfort zone ! Have fun nonetheless!
