She asked me if she could correct me or touch my form and it was fine for me because I want to be pushed so I can see results. Even if you’ve done pilates this is lagree it’s harder in my opinion! A friend who regularly sees Georgios recommended I try out Olympic stretch because I continue to struggle with body pains / soreness / joint pressure and aches from a major hip joint surgery a few years back. Not only was the stretching extremely relaxing and relieving of so many pains and pressures, georgios was absolutely friendly and tremendously informative throughout the whole process. He provided so much insight into my pains and gave suggestions of future stretches and exercises to further help my continued progress. I will definitely be returning to make this part of my ongoing body maintenance and care plan. I strongly recommend to anyone even if you do not have injuries that need attention.

Extra points for playing The Fratellis on the fun 2000s playlist. The only issue is the front desk has a mister/diffuser that emits a putrid smoke that makes it hard to breathe during class.
