    This class was so much fun! There were only 2 people in class today and I am thankful for that so Terrie could slow down and really introduce us to step. I have never done it before and it was so much more challenging than I expected and an amazing cardio workout! Lots of choreography to keep up with, but I’m sure after a few more classes I will get the hang of it. She even ended with a little bit of boxing on the bags which was a nice spin for the last few minutes. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great workout Terrie!

    This place is wonderful. My 2nd time there and Dana is great! I love the fact that she is a PT. Her classes are beginner friendly and I feel very comfortable in her care, but not just for newbies as she shows you the different ways in which you can adjust the routine regardless of your level. I will keep going back for sure! Oh, and they even offer a free class each month for all!

    I have not taken a spin class in over a year due to having my first baby, so I am a bit out of tune. Cecelia was very helpful in getting me reacquainted with the bike settings and “choreography”. She had a great upbeat, positive attitude and a good playlist of music which is imperative for a successful spin class. The bike was very comfortable and easy to use compared to others I’ve been on before. I also liked that the studio is a bit smaller so the class was not very large and more personal. I love that it was a combo class starting with cardio and finishing with some light weights and stretching. I definitely will be returning!
