The program is excellent and the coach super motivated and knowledgeable, for me is one of the best studios here in Fort. Lauderdale, I hope Adriane will bring back Saturday’s the condition program, I totally understand that Roar has it but Lab was completely different on the 10 minutes block , was creative , empowering and challenging.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class was great! it was my first time taking a cycling class - I arrived early, and was given a tour by the friendly gal at the front desk. Bruce was a great instructor, he explained what to expect and encouraged me to go at my own pace, and not stress about keeping up with others. He also helped me get set up on the bike. I paced myself, definitely worked up a sweat, and had an amazing workout!!Will definitely return!

Her class is accessible to both the experienced and inexperienced alike and her soothing voice and egoless delivery makes for a very enjoyable and fulfilling practice. I’m only giving them this rating because I am in favor of their stated attempt to offer classes outdoors, but the clarity of their descriptions needs to improve.

I strongly suggest to check out this beer yoga. It’s more of a laid back and chilled vibe and flow. Took some Dior’s of this awesome beer while doing so and it was an overall win!!
