Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, the gym feels comfortable and motivating. The classes are well-organized, and the trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. Definitely, going back for more.

I am an experienced yogi and the class offered many inversion options and kept me on my toes.. the teacher was very precise in his directions and even gave hands on corrections. It was great. I would definitely give this class a try even if you’re a beginner.. had something for everyone :)

Coach Luan does an amazing job of pushing everyone to improve while making the workouts fun and challenging. What stands out most is how much he genuinely cares about his students: he takes the time to connect with everyone personally and offers individual guidance throughout the class. And Sophia at the front desk is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and positive, which makes every visit even better🫶🏻 I always leave feeling stronger, motivated, and looking forward to the next session!

I joined a group beginner class with instructor Kim, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the very beginning. She made me feel included and comfortable right away. Her explanations were very clear and detailed, and she made sure everyone understood each technique step by step. Everything was easy to follow, even as a complete beginner. The community was also amazing — everyone was friendly, supportive, and made me feel like I belonged. The environment felt safe, encouraging, and empowering. After this class, I honestly feel much more confident walking on the street as a woman. I’m very grateful for this experience. Thank you so much!

I had never done boxing but he helped me learn quick and he is extremely patient. He is also a very down to earth guy which is key to having a business. The workout was great, had sweat dripping from my forehead and body feels great when you finish. But yes 10/10 don’t be afraid to try something new!
