Coach Luan does an amazing job of pushing everyone to improve while making the workouts fun and challenging. Her explanations were very clear and detailed, and she made sure everyone understood each technique step by step. Everything was easy to follow, even as a complete beginner. The community was also amazing — everyone was friendly, supportive, and made me feel like I belonged. The environment felt safe, encouraging, and empowering. I had never done boxing but he helped me learn quick and he is extremely patient. He is also a very down to earth guy which is key to having a business. The workout was great, had sweat dripping from my forehead and body feels great when you finish. But yes 10/10 don’t be afraid to try something new!
