Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)

But after an hour of laying on the PEMF mat, I feel so much better… and the next day, AMAZING!
