She started the session with playing singing bowls (she really knew what she’s doing - it was great too) and taught an amazing flow afterwards. Somehow it felt so gentle and dynamic at the same time! I didn’t go to a class like that for a while now and lemme tell you, it was an amazing way to start my Saturday. She corrected my postures when needed after asking me permission to do it - I will really take those corrections with me! Thank you! I’ll follow her from now and am looking forward to take more of her classes!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenAs a plus size person, this class was a little tough but not because of my size. You have to let go and jump. I felt fully confident that the rigging could take my weight and was so excited to be able to fully participate in the class. Aileen was a great instructor and kept checking in on me and gave me adjustments. I will def be back to get stronger!

Sunny aerie in the heart of happening LES. Sangha, community not gym yoga. Sanskrit, harmonium amidst awesome music while breathing deeply to reach nirvana. Natural high. Jivamukti is not to be missed. 🌿
