I’ve been to every major fitness studio in the city and I see so many trainers just not correct people with horrible form. So I really appreciate this about them.

I felt just enough burn and challenge in the exercises to make it worthwhile and at the same time something I could easily keep coming back to. The stretching and myofascial release felt incredible. Will definitely be back!
