alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was amazing, such a great vibe. All the moves are demonstrated first but it’s heavier weights only. I did the 6-12-25 class and it was a killer but such a fun workout! Instructors were lovely and super helpful - will definitely be back next time I’m on the coast!
