I learnt how to listen to the subtle cues of my body, to allow my body to show me what needed more attention & I was helped to realign my body. I’ve participated in a lot of Pilates classes but with the use of the machines & incredibly warm support, I’ve never felt more connected to my body. Highly recommend!

I accidentally booked into Open Gym as opposed to metcon (was only my second day/time using ClassPass) but Coach Will was super accommodating and included me in the metcon class. I’ll be going back for a good workout.
