Everybody in the class was friendly and it was a good glute and core work out for sure, I will be incorporating Pilates now in my fitness routine moving forward! With the class beginning at 9am instead will make it tricky especially as there will be very little parking available in the area due to local schools.

Studio is gorgeous, feels very calming and is sparking clean. Loved the smaller class size too, will be back :)
