My entire body got such a good strengthening workout. We were able to practice in the bigger studio room with natural light and it was a great vibe. This studio is one of my favorites in Boulder. A lot of variety in classes. I love the amenities and all the teachers have been excellent to learn from. Thank you Skylar!!

It feels different to be asked what I want out of my hour and how I’m showing up to get that. Angelica also does an amazing job at building community. She is able to foster connections amongst strangers, and it feels like you are working as a team. And I adore the class format. She starts each class explaining the exercises and progression and then leads a thorough stretch and warm up. I always feel ready to bring it to my workout after this warmup. She coaches the entire group consistently throughout the class, watching each participant’s form. It feels like personal training with the benefit of a team working hard beside you. I think it was a one-time thing but it definitely made it so that they could actually go around and make adjustments and support through various poses. The long savasana with the cold lavender cloth was the absolute best. Jessica was a really great instructor (so was her mentee but I can’t remember her name), gave clear instructions and everything flowed really well. You could tell she had a huge depth of knowledge.
