    Kelly was so great and the class was wonderful! I do think you’d get more out of the studio if you go regularly, because each day is a different targeted group of muscles. But the structure made the workout fly by!

    Pilates Functional circuit

    Class starts with a conversation about my goals and where I may be sore. She was thorough and patient with me since I lack a lot of experience. I also expressed some concerns I had with my workout journey and she provided a lot of insight and advice I appreciated! I prefer Pilates so she focused on that more before creating a HIIT Circuit for me and ending the class with stretching. I really enjoyed this class and I’ll definitely be back!
