This is my second class with this instructor and i definitely felt stronger compared to my first class, but she made sure to still adjust my form when needed. Encourages you throughout the class as well. Definitely will book her class again. Very welcoming.

She begins with a simple motion that leads to a harder workout so its easy to follow along and i felt great afterwards! The clothes in the lobby are also adorable! Will definitely be back

She ensured everyone was okay with touching to help correct form at the start of class which I really appreciated. She modified positions for everyone’s body throughout the class as well. Overall a great experience!

The spin class however felt like it was recently added on or they just ran out of money for the program. It was in this small back room that wasn’t finished and felt completely different than a class at a traditional spin facility.
