This was my first time in this gym at Bike & Beats with Zoe. I enjoyed the class a lot, the instructor was super nice and friendly, helped me understand the logic and keep up throughout the class, and the workout was super intense!

Such a great class. Diane made everyone feel welcome. I didn’t know how to twerk, now I’m a little better but Diane focussed more on enjoying yourself and creating a warm environment for new joiners and for more experienced dancers.
