I appreciated that she checked and corrected form when necessary, and gave tips and modifications for anyone with injuries or restrictions. Great workout - just sad I usually have to work on Mondays so can't go all the time!

She explained clearly how each pose with differing levels offered. Great class and feeling wonderful on this Monday evening thank you

The studio is super aesthetic too, creates a really nice vibe. I consider myself to be quite fit, Lucie definitely gave me a good work out:) Would highly recommend!

However we couldn’t use a locker as there weren’t enough keys left, which has been a problem twice when I have been, once on a weekday evening when busy and once on a quiet Sunday morning. Also there wasn’t enough cleaning products to wipe down after using a machine, the paper needed topping up.
