The class was more slow paced than I expected because the emphasis was on creative body movement / freeing your mind rather than on stretching for flexibility. It was certainly a relaxing way to wind down for the evening.

Zahra is a very passionate and joyful teacher who always fills her classes with fun, patience, and constructive feedback. The studio has everything you need for your dance class and in general, the community at The Center is a very nice one. Coming back every week!
