Gentle hands-on corrections are offered with permission; the music and aromatherapy add to the serenity. The yoga poses and flow were thoughtful and subtly unique. With so many choices and options, I will definitely be back for her relaxing and restorative experience.

Tons of parking free and paid, depending on the time more than likely have to pay during peak times. Staff is so friendly. I spilled water all over the bathroom floor, everyone was super nice and assured me that it was just an accident. I hate that I made a mess! Love this place and will come back again and again.

My therapist was a gentleman and he had great pacing. I asked for medium pressure because I know Thai can be a bit intense, but also requested slightly deeper pressure for legs and he accommodated skillfully. Will be back!
