The workout flowed perfectly with the music, and the vibe never dropped for a second. I left feeling challenged, energized, and already looking forward to the next class. I’ll definitely be back for another session with her!

alle beoordelingen weergevenJess is wonderful :) I appreciated the reminder that it is our practice and to listen to our bodies and do what feels good. She offered modifications and I was able to move with her pace, which felt just right. We started with breathe and grounding, got into a flow and ended with a sound bath. It was my first sound bath and it was such an out of body experience for me. I look forward to coming back again!
