High intensity and my arms were screaming by the end, but the intervals were short enough that I could keep pushing myself without just standing there staring at the clock willing time to pass by. The locker rooms and showers were also nice, a great bonus since I have to head straight to work after.

She obviously has a dance background and her power classes are so graceful it almost makes me feel like I’m taking a lyrical master class, but yoga!! My retired dancer heart is obsessed! (I was the one that reviewed before about my reservation being forgotten) — seems to always be a different person but I like that they all have varying methods of massaging and will cater heavily to the areas you mark for pain/extra attention.
