I usually love a massage chair, but the seating at Penelope’s was so comfortable & the massage so relaxing! (It was also more aesthetically pleasing than bulky chairs). Manicure and pedicure were the best I’ve had in Seattle— love the Dazzle Dry service. Just like gel but not as damaging.
