alle beoordelingen weergevenEveryone here was nice from the moment I walked in. The instructors and the other people in the small class were friendly and supportive. The spin class was hard but doable for a first-timer. For someone coming regularly, you could still keep it challenging as your fitness improves by adding more resistance to the bike. I really enjoyed it and got a great full body workout.
