alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was my first time at this studio and it was advance class. The pace is a bit fast, but the owner gave me attention seeing that I got overwhelmed, it was a very nice touch indeed. I slow it down and try to do on my own pace and it works just fine.

The class was made well-suited to all levels (I personally would however recommend some foundational yoga experience) very balanced, playful, and powerful class. Elisa also incorporated elements from her recent training and new insights, while actively assisting throughout. Altogether, phenomenal!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe instructor was so kind and talented: she spoke both English and Dutch during the class (I was the only non-Dutch speaker), she corrected every mistake, she made sure we remembered which muscles we should activate in each exercise. This was the best class I had so far in Rotterdam. Mind you I have an herniated disc, and this class was challenging. But the guidance of the instructor made me feel absolutely no pain. I will definitely come back!!

Neem wat extra tijd wanneer je er voor het eerst heen gaat, want het is even zoeken naar de ingang van de studio :)
