alle beoordelingen weergevenI enjoyed Shannon’s class. Her voice is calming and she gives good directions. The class was a lil bit tricky for me (I haven’t done yoga over a year), afterwards I felt great and I will be returning.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis is a very nice facility with lots of machines, classes, and a stretching room. Everything looked clean and the other gym goers were friendly. They don’t supply any towels, and the lockers aren’t the set-your-own-code kind so bring your own lock. It says that parking is included but I couldn’t find that so I found free street parking.

alle beoordelingen weergevenHighly recommend this class. Class was similar to a CrossFit style workout and classmates/coach were kind and encouraging. I wasn’t familiar with all the exercises and the coach took extra time to ensure my form was right and gave me some advice for stretching to help keep my shoulders safe. Definitely want to come back soon.
