Contemporary [Intermediate]
alle beoordelingen weergevenI haven’t really done contemporary dance since college but this class was a great way to get back into it! Everyone, including the staff, teacher, and other students were so friendly and welcoming. Annabelle is a great teacher and taught a really fun combination. She had us do some (non intimidating!!) improv after warm ups and I felt so joyful and connected to the music. Will definitely return!

alle beoordelingen weergevenSuch an exceptional experience for connecting with oneself in a safe and loving environment. Each aspect of the class chosen to form an intentional journey through poses, props, sounds, scents, and Ashlynne’s healing energy guiding you through this transformative practice. I left feeling liberated of heaviness I had been carrying the past year and reconnected with my sense of self and purpose. This was so much more than a class—I am grateful for the gift that was shared with me today.
