I felt really bad because i tried to cancel but it didn’t work. The staff prepared whaat they could and i was thankful. The cashier was a little sassy about the situation (understandable) but it was a honest mistake i will never make again. So heads up to make sure to not rely on classpass times and always check store hours. Aside from that the food is delicious

They made mine with chicken even though I’m vegetarian so they had to remake it. But they were very nice and made me a new one. BUT…they pre-made it before I got there, which was completely different from the description on the order page which said in 2 different ways that they don’t make it until you get there. I had been hoping to add an extra ingredient and pay the up charge in-store but I couldn’t do that since it was already made.
