There were people of all ages in the class, and I loved seeing everyone giving it their best. It created such a positive and motivating atmosphere. Just messed around with friends. He explained each drill in a way that was very easy to understand. We worked solely on jabs that day. In one class, my understanding of how the jab works and how it’s used was multiplied ten fold. Again, I’m sorry I don’t remember the coaches name, but he had a European accent, possibly British. Excellent coach!
