alle beoordelingen weergevenI would say this class will be hard for beginners - as it’s really a “flow”, so you will need to be versed in the names of some asanas so as not to be confused. Challenging though it was, I really enjoyed it and will be coming back - Oksana made it comfortable, the girls at the reception are super nice and I’m OBSESSED with the fact that you can also have breakfast here as well as different options for drinks 🤍

Cada vez que había descanso entre ejercicios el profesor estaba pegado en su teléfono (nunca me había pasado esto en una clase grupal en otros centros). Esto hace que los tiempos se hagan eternos y se sienta poco compromiso del que está dirigiendo la clase.
