The instructor is amazing and ensures everyone has what they need and helps everyone make adjustments so they can get the same stretch at the level they are comfortable. I also slept fantastic after the relaxation from this class!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis has my favorite class by far…if you’re looking to get a truly impactful workout, go for it. I would say it’s a more intermediate class if you’re not into Pilates; otherwise, all levels should go with modifications. It was amazing!
