The biggest benefit in joining a class is for the instructor to help correct the form which wasnt done at all in this class. Also the music kept pausing which made the whole flow uneven and the experience less enjoyable. Instructor should have gotten help to fix it.

The studio was easy to find and, although it’s a little small, the class was completely full, which says a lot about how popular it is. The studio itself was clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Sophie, the instructor, was awesome! She was straightforward with her instructions and kept the class moving. The workout was definitely worth doing because you can really feel that you’re working throughout the entire session—and you’ll definitely feel it afterward too! 😅💪 If you’re looking for a Pilates class that will actually make you feel like you worked your whole body, I definitely recommend trying Plie Pilates Studio and taking Sophie’s Full Body Sculpt class. I really enjoyed it and would happily come back again!
