Loved how engaging he was with everyone in the class, which made it a lot more fun and motivating. I completely forgot his name but I’m hoping that he can teach some more here in the Brunswick studio.

This class however I was impressed by how much attention there was to ensuring everyone was practicing correctly and safely - checking in with us and often asking which muscles we felt the burn which I find very useful in ensuring I am doing the right thing. It’s one of the only classes I’ve done where I felt I was pushed to the limit. 5 stars!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI was with Evelyn the therapist, she was incredible! I asked to focus on my back, shoulder, and neck areas because I’ve been having tension headaches. She found out I have a very tensed plantar fascia and could be related to my headache. She even massaged my subscapularis muscle! The whole session was relaxing, I fell asleep briefly in the middle of it. I really recommend her, she’s very experienced and does a lot of stretching movement too during the massage.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI’ve tried a couple of different places for their infrared saunas and Sala could definitely do these few things to elevate the experience. Providing a towel would be good start (they did give me one because I didn’t know). The infrared sauna also has a default light, even with the lights switched off, still was a bit harsh. No electrolytes or cold bottled water, but you can get tap water before you go in. I did like the iPad connected to Spotify already, so no need to connect our phones for the Bluetooth speakers. With these minor improvements, this would step up the experience. Friendly staff, thank you.

Mara was amazing, I had expressed my areas which were sore, as I hadn’t strength trained for awhile being away in Europe and without giving much detail, she massaged the exact muscles and now I feel like a new woman! Nucalm was really relaxing once I got into it, had an out-of-body experience, then fell asleep! I did feel a bit concerned about my belongings during as they were behind a curtain with me and I couldn’t hear/see anything but eventually let it go. I couldn’t have done more than 30mins for my first Infrared but loved it and used the ice bath after. Clean shower space for after, I really enjoyed and will be back :)
