Every class is thoughtfully designed, with flows that build in different level of layers, making each movement both practical and challenging. Max 6 partisipan karena memang studionya kecil tp menurut aku posisinya terlalu mepet tembok jd ada beberapa gerakan yg susah krn mentok ke tembok. Trus pas lg sesi kan posisi ac mati tp di dalam ruangan tertutup ada dupa, imo jd nya sesak & bikin nafas gaenak. Overall ok, all props are provided jd bisa langsung dateng aja 😊
