She was very patient and helped me get my form correct. I definitely didn’t have the skills that most of the students in the class had but I gave it my best try. Would recommend!

Really great class for beginners - everyone mastered basic hooping and we were able to learn some off body tricks. I wouldn’t recommend to those looking for more intermediate skills. Hope they can offer an intermediate class to focus more on off body work :) But overall wonderful class, thank you Leigh!

You can tell she truly loves the class as much as we, the students do. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in fun movement and music for exercise. I’ve found this class to be an inviting community of passionate and kind women, and can’t think of a better way to spend Monday night.

I was challenged and supported and I walked away feeling like I had a full body massage. amazing release of all pressure points and muscles. the instructor was helpful and had a great attitude. I definitely recommend Ying Yoga!
