From the front desk staff to the teacher, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Brandon was one of the best teachers I’ve ever had— and I’m a teacher who has taken thousands of classes over 20 years. My heart is full and when I’m back in town, I will be back.

However, shortly after the class ended, the next teacher came in and started blasting her music. It jolted me out of my relaxed state. I wish she had waited closer to her class time or when most of the previous class had left the room

Even though it was a power flow, it was still a very mindful, gentle flow and very well thought-out sequence. I appreciated that the flow wasn’t too hot but I still sweat! Sacred Yoga seems like a very beginner-friendly studio. I liked the extra push in the power flow and will definitely be back 💯

Bailey helped me a lot with corrections to relieve the tension in my back. It was great after a long week of sitting at a desk. I will definitely be going again.

There were only 2 of us in the class so it felt very intimate and the instructor was extremely helpful with correcting form and encouraging me to push myself. I also just loved the vibe of the studio, it was very clean and I felt very calm in the space. I’d definitely come back to this class!

It is one of the only classes I’ve taken in Atlanta that I would truly describe as “all levels”. I have always been intimidated by weights and my (lack of) form, but she was right there calmly, gently offering useful assistance. I was so impressed and the clientele there was extra friendly and welcoming. I am so pumped to start my trial, and I see a membership in my future. I’ve never been this excited about a gym. 😂

She gives great corrections and wants the moves to be intentional. Studio is small, gives small private session feel.
